S. Brooks & Associates is an Oregon-based, minority-owned staffing agency with deep roots in the Portland community. S. Brooks and Associates founder Sam Brooks has made it his life's effort to bring jobs and companies together to benefit the Portland community.

It is our mission to provide ongoing employment solutions to employers and applicants that enhance and diversify the workforce. We hope to always provide the highest level of service to our employer clients and job seeking associates. We pride ourselves in being a vital part of the Portland, Oregon community, supporting local businesses, along with minority entrepreneurial endeavors. Our innovation in workforce diversity includes teaching our associates in all professions the skills to make them more eco-friendly and sustainably conscious workers.

Brooks Staffing reflects the community which it serves, beyond just the people that walk through its doors. We recognize that many communities grapple with the barriers to employment, and we work with non-profit and government agencies to bridge that gap.

Brooks Staffing has been an integral part of the Portland community for three decades. Our founder, Sam Brooks has spread his values of partnership, education and community involvement throughout the organization and it has had a positive effect on the Portland community. Brooks Staffing supports all efforts to bring job readiness to youth and adults, including REAP - Reaching and Empowering All People (Reapusa.org LINK), New Avenues for Youth Transitional Housing (www.newavenues.org), and Central City Concern (www.centralcityconcern.org).
